With a Pioneer policy your customers are able to claim when they are unable to work due to illness or an injury.
We are one of the few insurance providers who are committed to releasing their claims statistics each year. By publishing the proportion of claims that we pay, we want to reassure you and your clients that we can be relied on when you need us most.
During 2008 we paid 98.1% of the claims we received on all of our income protection products.
If your customer has a Pioneer policy, they can make a claim by sending us a letter, fax, email or by phone. They will need to let us know their policy number, the nature of their illness or injury and when it started or occurred.
